We identify an Idea for a Change Project. We take Positive Initiative to consider Issues that make people angry or sad about the Society they live, the Life they live and the Work they do. We discuss possible approaches to addressing these issues.

Leadership for Change is the ability to galvanize others to implement a Vision, which will have a Positive Impact on the lives of People in the community. This change effort is called taking Initiative.
